Long time Coming

Hi Everyone
Sorry for not having posted in a long time but it was a busy summer with activities and guests.
We are now into late fall and I have a little more time inside.  Diane is here now full time so
we have been doing projects as well as having fun.  Let's see we went kayaking most of the
summer, went on some hikes(Mt.Rainer and others), harbor cruise, visit to Nanaimo Canada

(Lions) and entertained guests.  Well enough said here are some pics.  Stay Thirsty my Friends.

Hi All,
Hope everyone is having a great summer.  It has been a busy one for us with kayaking, hiking, traveling,
and having friends visit.  Diane was here all of July so we took advantage of it.  Took a quick trip

to Florence, Montana for a western BBQ, went kayaking on the Straits of San Juan DeFuca, hiked
in the Olympic National Forest and I worked and socialized at our Lions Club Crab feed.  Well

Summer in the city(country)

Hi All,
Sorry about no posts for awhile had problems with blog.  Thank You son for fixing.  We have finally
hit summer with temps around 70.  Been doing alot since Diane is here all month.  Went out to West
coast(La Push, WA) for 4th and have been doing local stuff (beer tasting, harbor cruise, hikes etc)
Will do biking and kayaking next week.  This week is the Lavender festival, then a quick trip to
Montana for a cowboy BBQ, and then the crab fest.  So enjoy the photos and Stay Thirsty my

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well. Finally weather is getting nicer so I am able to

do alot more outside. We actually hit 60 last week. Working on my dock area

and building a deer proof garden area. In between all of that I had the opporunity to see Arlo Gutrie. It was a time warp back to 60's except that the

hippies now had canes, hearing aids and gray hair like Arlo. Good concert

though. Enjoy pics and Stay thristy my friends.

Hi Everyone,
I'm sorry but the only good thing about a trip to So. Cal. now is seeing our dear
friends. We recently went down to do our taxes over a long weekend and spent
some very nice time with our friends. Last year to pay CA. taxes what a relief.
Now with our return we are starting some spring gardening. Here some pics

Happy St. Pats Day

Hi All,

Hope everyone is fine. Had a touch of snow today for St. Pats day. All gone now but old man winter just doesn't want to go away. Not alot going on right now

finished up my driveway fence and will start on building wood pathway down to our dock. Going down for cornbeef, cabbage and green beer at my local pub

tonight. Well wishing all the Irish luck that I have left(sorry used some of it).
